Licensed to Spice Cooking Classes invite you to come and spend a fun morning with like-minded people, learning about the herbs and spices that give these international cuisines the kick that your tastebuds yearn for!
Participants will spend a day with excellent teacher and experienced cook Vicki Taylor who has lived, traveled, and worked in many international countries. After running her popular spice blending classes for the past two years, Vicki continues to share her knowledge of some wonderful international cuisines with interested cooks and chefs like you. So if you are open to learning new ways to spice up your meals, then don’t miss out on the cooking classes slated on August 13th. The theme will be Moroccan, so think of salads, flatbreads, harissa, snappers, couscous, flavoured with her popular spice blending secrets!
The cuisines from the Middle East, The Mediterranean, Africa, Spain, Portugal and France are responsible for shaping the cuisine of today’s Moroccan food, which is often described as spicy, fiery, invigorating, and fresh. Moroccan cuisine infuses main herbs and spices like Mint, Paprika, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cumin, Chilli, Coriander, Ras el Hanout, or Black and White Peppers with their recipes.
For your information, the classes will include the ingredients, cooking equipment, recipe sheets, complimentary glass of beer or wine with lunch, and the opportunity to purchase key ingredients and spices. See you at The Garden Kitchen from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Visit http://www.redhotchillipepper.com.au/book-classes/licensed-spice-cooking-classes for more details.
