Enjoy one of Noosa’s best-kept secrets when you go on a Noosa river and everglades cruise! It’s a half-day cruise in the Noosa Everglades that will show you a new perspective of the Sunshine Coast. There’s plenty of Australian wildlife to see as well as stunning views as you go through the water on the cruise.
You will be gliding across Lake Cooroibah and Lake Cootharaba to get to the Noosa River which is situated within Great Sandy National Park’s Cooloola Recreation Area.
Once there, you can have afternoon tea at Harry’s Hut. At Harry’s Hut, you can walk through the historic logging site, swim, or even admire the lush forest view. The afternoon tea set includes light snacks, sparkling wine, tea and coffee.
There will be on-going commentary about ecology and animals to be given by your captain on this 4.5-hour cruise from Noosa. The boat is comfortable and sturdy with large open-air viewing windows.
The Noosa Everglades feature numerous tributaries, lakes, and wetlands along the upper Noosa River. You will meet your captain at a convenient location in Noosa and then your cruise will commence. The Noosa Everglades are about 40 kilometres (25 miles) away from Noosa.
